Set up an appointment for a complimentary consultation with our invitation specialist. She will email over a general questionnaire in order to get an idea of what you are wanting for your big day. This will allow her to pull relevant samples in order to help you make your decision.

When you come into our studio our invitation specialist will greet you. She will then walk you through the different options available: printing methods, paper choices, ink colors, design options and all details regarding your paperie. This is the time when you can touch and feel our invitations in order to get a better sense of what you would like! This is the perfect opportunity to get all your questions answered and start to see your visions. 

 

 

 

 

After your consultation, our invitation specialist will email over a custom quote based on what was discussed during the consultation. At this time, you can make any changes necessary. Once you have signed off on the quote, your 50% deposit will be due. 

 


 

 

Once we receive your first payment, the design process starts. This is the fun part! Our project manager will send over all content sheets necessary to complete your pieces. When those are finished the designers will get started on your design. The initial design concept will take about 4 business days, then a digital proof will be emailed to you. When you receive your digital proofs, you can send over any changes you would like to be made! We will make all changes and send a new proof. This will continue until you are completely satisfied with your pieces. When you have approved the design, the proofs will be signed and your last 50% payment will be due. 

 

 

 

 

The printing process will now begin! Our typical production process takes 2-4 weeks but can take up to 8 weeks for more elaborate custom orders. Once everything is completed, your pieces will go through a thorough quality checklist by our production team.

When all your pieces are finished and ready for pick up, our project manager will contact you for pick up at our Dallas studio or we can ship them to you.
