My Top 10 Registry Items

Registering for wedding gifts can be so much fun but very overwhelming too. My husband and I made sure to have our registry done before we sent out Save the Dates. This allowed us to put our registry information on our website for anyone who might be interested in getting their gift right away. This is also helpful for people to start thinking ahead for Bridal Showers!

There were so many items, so many brands and so many decisions to be made. One perk about registering in the store is you can always go back and add/change things online. We ended up registering at Dillard’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, & Amazon. We wanted to register at places that were easy for everyone (all over the country & out of the USA) to get items from. We also wanted to make it reasonable (price wise) for the items we were wanting. Pottery Barn & William Sonoma are amazing stores but when our guests could get the same item cheaper at Dillard’s or Bed, Bath & Beyond…. we wanted them to do so.

We loved everything we received. We have some pretty incredible friends & family. I wanted to highlight our Top 10 Gifts! You definitely want to make sure these are on your registry!

Make sure to register for all your necessities first – then have fun with these items. We are SO thankful to have received our silverware, dinnerware, wine glasses (yes necessity), cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. So make sure not to forget those!

Here are our Top 10 FUN gifts:

1. Breville Mini Smart Oven with Element IQ $149.99 Bed, Bath & Beyond

This little thing is AMAZING. It definitely beats your average toaster oven. It is efficient, easy to use, easy to clean & not an eye sore! I use this smart oven pretty much everyday.

2. Cuisinart Griddler Deluxe $159.99 Bed, Bath & Beyond

Okay…George Forman needs to step up his game! This griddler comes with removable plates (so easy to clean!) and they are reversible. One side is a smooth griddle and the other side is a grill. You can adjust the top according to your menu items, you can adjust the top and bottom temperatures separately, and it can be set up to 500 degrees! The pieces of the griddler are also dishwasher safe.

3. Cuisinart 11-Cup Food Processer $149.99 Bed, Bath & Beyond

You might not always need a food processer…but when you do need it…there are no other options. This thing makes cooking so much easier and efficient. When you are a new chef like me…you couldn’t have a better kitchen assistant.

4. iCoffee Opus Coffee Maker $139.99 Bed, Bath & Beyond

Okay this would be my husband’s top pick…I don’t drink coffee but this thing makes a mean hot chocolate & tea too! This coffee maker takes ANY cups…ANY CUPS! No more buying one brand or one version. The water comes out in a swirl motion rather than straight down like a Keurig. The removable “add-your-own” cup is great too because you can add a tea bag & let it brew. No need to use the teacups.

5. Oxo Good Grips 10-Piece Food Storage Pop Container Set $99.99 Bed, Bath & Beyond

These are SO awesome. They leave no air inside so your items stay fresh so long. They are perfect for sugar, flour, brown sugar, etc. They are easy to stack and for organization as well.

6. Slipat Nonstick Silicone Baking Mat $24.99 Bed, Bath & Beyond

Say goodbye to parchment paper. Silicone mats are where it’s at! Nothing sticks & when you are done…you simply wipe off and let air dry.

7. Therapedic Cooling Gel & Memory Foam Pillow $34.99 Bed, Bath & Beyond

We LOVE these!! I get extremely hot when I sleep & I hate to be hot. One side of this pillow is memory foam & the other side is a gel foam that is COOLING! So whenever I get hot in the middle of the night…I just flip over my pillow and it automatically helps cool me off. I HIGHLY recommend these – especially for anyone in Texas…trying to sleep in the summer! *The Isotonic Indulgence Side Sleeper Pillows are also PERFECT for side sleepers. We love a lot of pillows so we each have one of these! $39.99

8. Wilton Armetale (Any of their items!) $50.00 + Dillard’s - We have to thank Matt's sister & brother-in-law for this recommendation!

So I am not sure how people come up with this stuff but it is incredible. All the items are made with 100% recycled materials & are designed to last FOREVER. They do not break, tarnish, crack, chip or rust. They can be used on stovetops, grills, in the oven, or directly from the freezer to table. I highly recommend looking through all their products and registering for a least 3 or 4!

9. Hiku The Shopping Button $49.99 Amazon

This gadget is pretty awesome for people who love to be organized or people who feel like they need to get organized. This button sits in your kitchen…before you go to the store you can scan bar codes of the items you need & they upload to your phone on the app. It even categorizes them by section in the grocery store. You can also talk to the Hiku and it will add items. Or you can type them in on the app so you have your list all in one place all the time.

10. Samsung Sound Bar $137.99

Amazon

If you love to binge watch TV shows together or snuggle up and watch movies like we do…then you need a sound bar. The sound quality is 100% better than your TVs sound. This sound bar brings your football season to a whole new level. It is perfect for Red Raider Saturdays or Dallas Cowboys Sundays in our home!

**Extra MUST register for

11. GoWISE Electric Air Fryer

Amazon

I didn’t even know this EXISTED! I totally would have registered for one if I did. This fryer allows you to enjoy your favorite foods without the added calories of OIL. You can manually program your cooking time or use the already programed ones for chips, meat, chicken, steak, shrimp or fish. This thing is amazing and ups your cooking skills by at least 5 points. Don’t forget – register for this amazing air fryer!

Matt & I are so thankful for our amazing friends & family! We are truly blessed.
